About United Care Services

United Care Services officially launched our agency in March 2016 and currently growing within our community. We are a traditional agency (PCPO). At United Care Services, we are a PCA agency who provide services to clients/patients. We believe in creating a comfortable living situation for everyone. We are dedicated to serve our clients, employees, communities, and partners from a foundation of compassion, quality, and trust.

Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services provide assistance and support for clients with disabilities to live independently in the community. This includes the elderly and others with special health care needs. PCA services are provided in the client’s home or in the community when normal life activities allow the client to be outside of the home. It is vital that you understand the PCA program and job functions outlined by DHS guidelines and MN. Statute (section 256B.0659). These guidelines are standards for all PCA employers.
